Returns policy

If you are not happy with your product, you may return purchases up to 21 days from date of receipt, as long as the items are in their original condition, unused and unworn.

Items can be returned for a refund or exchange. If you would like to return any item please contact us in advance of posting. You are liable for the cost of return postage.

We will refund any items purchased at full sale price. The items must be returned in their original condition, unused and unworn. All refunds exclude postage costs, unless a mistake has been made by us. We can only refund back to your Paypal account.

Faulty or Damaged Goods:
If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace with the same item as soon as possible at no additional charge.  Please contact us ASAP or within 7 days of receipt if your item has arrived damaged. Refund/exchange is subject to our review of the returned product.

Please note: We are unable to refund or exchange any bespoke item or an item that has been personalised in any way at your request.
